Affiliated Business Disclosure
The Affiliated Business disclosure is to disclose that RE/MAX Alliance had affiliated businesses that you may or may not use.
Fort Collins Disclosures
There are few disclosures that are specific to Fort Collins; the Fort Collins Occupancy Disclosure and the Fort Collins Radon Disclosure.
Lead based Paint Disclosure
The Lead Based Paint disclosure is meant to inform people that houses built before 1978 MIGHT have lead based paint.
Source of water
The source of water is meant to provide the buyer with the information about where the water come from for the house. This information is also provided on the seller's property disclosure.
The square footage disclosure provides the square footage of the house and where that measurement came from.
Dates and Deadlines
All of your inspections need to be done by this date. I will be forwarding you information on inspectors we would recommend so you can get in touch and schedule that directly. You will want to be there with the inspector during the inspection if possible. This is not typically something we attend.
The loan objection deadline is a very important buyer deadline. It is the last day that you can object to your loan.
